Warranty
The online store umdmarket.com provides a manufacturer’s warranty on the entire range of products.
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The warranty period has expired.
- The product has mechanical damage.
- The product shows signs of dirt, including on the packaging.
- Violation of product usage rules.
- Damage to the product during transportation due to the customer’s fault.
Product Returns
Returns of purchased products from the online store umdmarket.com are possible according to the “Consumer Protection Act” and under the warranty conditions.
Return conditions within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product:
- The packaging is intact.
- The product is in its original condition without any damage.
How to Return a Product to the Online Store:
- You can return the item by sending it back via mail. However, before doing so, please contact our manager to arrange the return.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are to be covered by the sender.

Refunds for the product will be issued within 7 days after we receive the package and inspect the item.
